Active rest and recovery information...
So, hopefully everybody is making good use of this extended rest (i.e. lots of Parkour training). The idea behind active recovery is that your body will replinish and refresh itself faster if you engage in light activity rather than just sitting on your butt for 3 days straight. Along those lines, I think Dan John has some great articles that pertain to this idea. Check out some of his great "Iron John" articles. |
