Day two on our ramp-up to benchmark workout week!
Don't forget to pick up a jump rope, along with working on flexibility over the break. Now...this flexibility document is a bit convoluted, and I don't necessarily believe that an intimate knowlege of the physiology of stretching is required to put together a full program. If you absolutely don't want to sit and study golgi-tendon-apperatus for a few hours, you might be better off jumping forward to here. |
