Day two on our ramp-up to benchmark workout week!

Don't forget to pick up a jump rope, along with working on flexibility over the break. Now...this flexibility document is a bit convoluted, and I don't necessarily believe that an intimate knowlege of the physiology of stretching is required to put together a full program. If you absolutely don't want to sit and study golgi-tendon-apperatus for a few hours, you might be better off jumping forward to here.

4 Rest days wont help anyone to get better, they'll only help to get better results at the benchmark, but why should we care about those?
Ah well i'll just search for some nice old Workout to do.

Actually, for overall recovery, it's a good idea to take an extended rest every month or so. You can't be working yoursefl all the time without eventually going backwards ;)

...and remember, this doesn't necessarily mean sitting around doing nothing, but rather, engaging in some light activity to help your body heal and recover before going back at it 100%.
