I've done a 20 minute run the day before yesterday so I did 30 minutes of skipping. Did the variations I found in this article I found while looking at the crossfit forums :)
Some handstand training afterwards

Haven't gotten completely back into running yet...I'm afraid the bouncing will be too much. Subbed 15:00 (all the time I had at bread) on the elliptical trainer.

There aren't many hills in downtown Chicago so i subbed in lots pk, then i found my way to this incredible batch of scaffolding that i'd been scouting earlier and decided to hit it, i ended up doing about 8-10 runs down the stretch which was incredible, i'm going to have to bring a camera out there soon. It was beautiful, all in all i was out for about 20 minutes give or take for the scaffold adventure.
