13 minutes hahaha. Pullups were of course the timetaker. Fortunately that's what the workout works on

I switched the box jumps with 15 burpees and double unders with 10 plyo pushups. Also I only did 20 pull ups on the second and third round. I got 12:21

Ah this one again. I beat my last time by almost 30 seconds!!
I also ran 2 miles today, Im not an endurance person but for some reason i had so much energy today and when running it sorta clicked or something... it was cool!

I did a real bad job, for some reason those pullups were killing me those last five in the last set took forever, i just couldn't get them. Eded up with about 16, not something i'm proud of.

had four hours of dance then good ol' boy scouts...no time today sorry...

Midterms and lots of projects due this week. I've fit in pushups, pullups, situps, l-sits, handstands throughout the day, beyond that it's going to be a crazy week.
Hopefully by Wednesday will free up some time!
