Parkour VideoThis free-running video/interview got a "Daily Deviation" site-wide feature on art website Deviant Art. It's all about free-running and showcases it in the spirit of how it has been defined - the focus being on the individual, showing perseverance and progression, as well as it being practiced in the usual urban/rural environment. The video was very well put together. I enjoyed both watching it and listening to free runner's attempt at describing the art and motivation for doing it. 
I can hardly call this guy a free runner. Every movement he did reflected parkour.
