1 hour total, including the warm-up.  
 
This was more difficult than I thought it would be, especially in the later rounds. It required a lot of mental toughness and pushing myself.  
 
I guess I'm too stupid to know when to quit though :grin

Didn't time the warmup but the workout took me 8 min 37 sec. I did it a day late but I was traveling yesterday and instead of doong today's workout (planchette stuff) I figured I needed more work on my running/ cardio as that is my biggest weekness. 
This was defidemtly a good little challenge. I hope to improove slot in this area specifically 
 
O yeah I have a fancy casio watch from costco that tells altitude and stuff so I guess I'll start posting that as it's constantly changing for me on the road.  
 
1180 ft. For all non Americans 390 m even though I always have to convert my self when u post
