I did yesterday's workout after a gym session with some of the guys, i didn't get a time for it. I'm taking out some new guys today so i'll probably do this after that maybe i can get them to do a round or two.

A bit too much impact on the legs so i did my own workout: 10 pull up 10 dips 9 pull ups etc. to 0 Then i did 30 push ups(different hand positions) where you go down really slowly and up fast.

I did yet another one-arm modified WOD: (runs on elliptical trainer) Run 600m 21 situps 21 dumbell squat cleans to thruster 45lb Run 400m 15 situps 15 clean/thruster Run 200m 9 situps 9 clean/thruster

thnx Gear, I'm in love with your workouts I've not had any upper body injuries yet, sounds depressing to me. So you obviously didn't do the 30 muscle ups? Would've liked to see your result

Well, last time I tried it I got around 14:00....it's one of my favorites, but unfortunately I'm not to the point of the one-armed muscle-up....yet
