Sprints for the masses.

APK Warmup

Workout: Sprint intervals

Sprint :30

Rest 1:00

repeat x 15

If you have the luxury, post the distance for each sprint. Otherwise, go 100% for each :30 section, then recover as fully as possible on each 1:00. Parkour and other hardcore interval training will also be appropriate in the place of the sprints.

I trained my sprint two days ago and I'm still insanely sore so I'll let it rest. I'm gonna do some cycling or kayaking interval training I think...

im new and well i jus was jus saying hi and im a cross coundrty tunner o i think ill go for 1 min of running and 1 min of resting

constant noob, nice to have you on board. Keep in mind that changing the rest/work interval as such will dramatically effect the metabolic conditioning of the workout. In this instance you will be switching a predominantly strength/power workout to an anaerobic interval, thus negating most of the power-related gains that result from shorter-duration efforts.

Sorry, that should read "aerobic interval" as the rest/work will be even.

Hi constant noob! Cross country rocks ;)  
 
I changed the workout to 1 minute running 30 seconds rest and by that I hoped to decrease the power aspect and increase the metabolic conditioning.

I banged my kneecap when out training the last rest day : So I'm somewhat incapacitated. 
 
Will sub this for some previous workout chosen at random probably focusing on upper body! Will post later!

Rode a bike 3 miles 
did pull ups (maybe 20 for the day) 
did push ups (maybe 20) 
did handstand progressions (lots) 
 
didn't do any sprints.

10 dive bombers 
10 pullups 
25 situps 
15 dips
