I did a modified version of this workout.... 
Jump Rope 1 minute (10min-jr=30min-run/1min- jr=3min-run) 
{Running 400m takes me anywhere from 1:35 to 2:25} 
Static Handstand for 15 seconds w/15 reps of tricep extentions 
--3 rounds--
