Fun times. Can't do back extensions with my arm in a sling, so I subbed one-armed dumbell swings with 20lb...a bit slower but it does incorporate the posterior chain with an added forearm workout to boot!

Oh yeah, and twitchkidd, here it is in a nutshell:
Lie on your stomach, feet together, arms overhead. Raise your upper torso in line with your arms at the same time you raise your feet. You will end up in an arch, with your pelvis contacting the ground. Pause, lower and repeat.

how much of a pause? the thingy said three seconds, but i found that after about ten it because hard to breathe.

I tried for 3 rounds but it was getting very difficult and my stomach started cramping, I got about a fourth of the way done on the third.
