Parkour VideoTalk about strong to be useful! With an over populated world and a high obesity rate, I often wonder, what if we were really put in the situation where only the stronger will survive? Our dependency for modern technology, lack of exercise or knowledge of true exercise. What would that lead us to? So much "weaker pray" out there. I love this video because it shows the real resiliency the body can achieve. We often say, "You only need a pair of shoes to do parkour" Well, I think this shows that even that is not necessary. Well yes, this might not be parkour, but what can get more raw in nature of movement that this? Read More for the first video, and the three mini-reviews!

Video 1: Some of the activities of 08' from one of our favorites traceurs, Daniel Ilabaca. Needless to say his skills are one of the best and most recognized in the freerunning and parkour community. This video also features one of the the biggest gatherings of freerunner and traceurs on the same performance. Great camera work and editing. Pumped up yet? Well there is more.

Video 2: A nice vid of what seemed like a fun session. A good display of skills, fun and variate of obstacles. And again, trial and error, because not every attempt in successful.

Video 3: Curious to know what was the most recent Parkour download today at 1am Hawaii time? Me too.
Not much to say about this one, let it just be a reminder of proper methods of training. Conditioning and repetition are an important part of our training on a constant basis. Let me add that, while I enjoy heavy metal, it really doesn't do justice when watching a PK video. In my personal and humble opinion anyway.
