APK Warm-Up 

Workout:

L-Sit - 2:00

Planche - 2:00

Front Lever - 2:00

Handstand - 2:00

Perform the appropriate progression for each static hold; holding for as long as possible, resting, then repeating until you reach 2:00 total for each position.

Keep track of how many total attempts it takes to reach the target time for each position. Post results to comments. Compare to 6-15-09

I only did 60 seconds of each, except for L-sits i only did 20 seconds. This workout is brutal. I could not figure out how to do the L-sits without having my quads cramp almost immediately. Does anyone have any tips for doing the L-sits?

I'm just getting in to working out again, I haven't done anything like these exercises since high school (I'm 23). I pretty much couldn't do any of them lol. With the handstand I just can't balance long enough, my arms are plenty strong but I'll work on it. The L-Sit is really tough for me I can barely hold my legs up, the Planche is a little easier but still really painful to my abs. I'm at home and don't have anything to do the Lever on, but I'll try it at the park tomorrow morning.
