Did the workout without the warmup (1/2 mile jog to warmup and down) and without the runs (had the dog). 
Also took some time to do wallspins weeee :)

Oh man today kicked my ass. Did stair exercises and squats at school for my training class, then came home to this.  
 
Total time, guestimate of about 20 minutes.
