Some might call you "crazy," but you're a traceur, a student of parkour

This article describes how parkour has been gaining recognition thourgh movies and t.v. as well as discussing the mental and physical aspects of it. Also, two Californian traceurs, Mark Henry and Craig Gibbons, were interviewed about why they started parkour as well as the positive aspects that it brings!!
