APK Warm-Up

Workout: 4 x 400m run, each for time. Rest as needed between efforts in order to be fully recovered for the next run. Post times to comments.Compare to 9-24-09

Gotta find my watch and a good spot that I know is 400m. I'm going to start jogging every time I work out now, too. Probably how I'm gonna lose the last 20 pounds.
