APK Warm-Up

Workout:

10 x :20 L-sit at the top of the minute (:20 L-sit, :40 rest)

3 x max rep Kipping Pull-Ups . Rest 3:00 between max attempts

Warm-up: 
1 S. Stretch/side 
15,15,15 Incline Sit-up (Gotta ditch the belly) 
15,15,15 Back ext 
10,10,10 Hop pull-up (Gotta build those muscles) 
12,12,12 Dip (Feel a pull on my sternum) 
10,10 Squat jump with silent landing, 15 overhead squats 
 
WOD 10-2-09 performed 10-4-09: 
20 second tucked L-sit*5 (Gotta build my endurance) 
5,7,7 Assisted [50lb] Kipping pull-up 
 
Just started working out again after a week break while I moved, and my dedication to APK WOD as of today. Definitely gonna need to keep at it so I can do unassisted pull ups. Thanks for the inspiration and guidance.
