"Here is my first PK video at age 50...it is not great because we did it with little time, I wanted to show it at my 50th birthday party. ..and I did.. I am still training hard and having a great time."

?!?!?!?!!? Wow! you're 50 and yuo can do all that! That's insane! Most people who are 50 can't even run!
