Saut is French for "jump". In Parkour it is most ofen used with a description, "Saut de Chat" or "Saut de Bras" for example.

Uh, they're just defining the word "saut". It just means jump. There's no actual move called "saut"(besides jumping, but you need to classify the specific jump with another word). You need to know it so you can recognize it in the aforementioned jumps, which are further down on the initial page. That linked you here.
