Wednesday, 09 September 2009

Parkour VideoThere really is nothing to say. Just watch this video, then quit parkour and take up knitting or box making or something. Rail running, playgrounds, breakdancing, basketball, amazing flips and super smooth flow. Read more for the video, and then you can mail us your resignation.

10. 09-09-2009 15:09

BEFUDDLED is the only word that came to my mind during those 14 minutes.

11. 09-09-2009 15:15

12. 09-09-2009 15:18

I don't know what ya'll are talking about. I ain't quittin. I'll just just work past those guys and be just as bad a**.

13. 09-09-2009 17:30

Hey I dont think thats the right attitude!
Videos like this should just inspire you to train even HARDER!!

14. 09-09-2009 17:41

Where is that place. It's... beautiful. I want to go train RIGHT NOW.

15. 09-09-2009 18:03

FUCKING MONKEYS
jk jk amazing

16. 09-09-2009 18:52

What Levi said. Great inspiration.

17. 09-09-2009 18:58

He used his knuckles at 6.46

18. 09-09-2009 18:59

You know... Knitting sounds pretty fun right about now... What about you?

19. 09-09-2009 19:27

talk about inspirational :eek
one of the most interesting, well coordinated and compiled vids ever... high fives to those guys and all their talent, saw some moves I never knew even existed before

20. 09-09-2009 19:34

I usually don't comment on here, but after watching that, I feel compelled.

Holy s***. My mind was first destroyed, then reassembled with new understandings of possibility...

21. 09-09-2009 20:48

Yeah, I did all that stuff in that vid once with one arm tied behind my back and my eyes closed.

But seriously that was insane.

22. 09-09-2009 21:00

WHAT. THE. F?? WICKED!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha!!!!!!!!!!! Sooooooo cash. ;)

23. 09-09-2009 21:04

Incredible just doesn't seem to do it justice. And pardon me for bringing it up but, after seeing the pure "controlled freedom" in that video, I feel compelled to say...

I'll bet those guys never argue about philosophies and definitions of parkour, or freerunning, or even dance for that matter. The lines disappeared, the way it should be all the time. They seemed to move without care for consequence or reason. Movement for the sake of movement.

I like it.
Sky

24. 09-09-2009 22:02

I agree with you, Sky, 100%. These guys are...well, words just don't seem to express it. Greatest vid I've seen in a while, for sure. Also, I WANT THIS PLAYGROUND! Seriously though, this is extraordinary.

25. 09-09-2009 22:05

nooooo! damn you slow internet! I want to see the video!

26. 09-10-2009 04:23

wooww that shit wuz great i neveer see video like this :zzz :zzz :zzz :zzz

27. 09-10-2009 09:51

:zzz unfreakin believable im not quitting i already am a world class pk-er but very inspirational and i wan tthat playground

28. 09-10-2009 17:10

these guys have masterd the whole idea of parkour, to just move and flow and have fun... look at them, they aren't out there to try to show off or become the best, they are out there to just have fun with movement

29. 09-10-2009 19:52

Damn. I just started freerunning and I got to say this is an inspiration. EPIC video :grin

30. 09-10-2009 21:02

well... I now see why there will be a sudden drastic decline in the number of traceurs. Knitting doesnt sound too bad does it?

31. 09-10-2009 21:07

This video makes me want to do the excat oppisite of quit, go out and train 24/7
:grin

32. 09-11-2009 12:50

Wow.

Pure urban artistry. Fantastic.

Big agreement on sky's comment -- blur the lines between dance and tricks and parkour and you get something amazing. Awesome. There's a spirit here we can pursue -- while perhaps never reaching that level of performance...taking on a certain attitude towards life and movement and why you do it

then again...someone did reach that level of performance...why not?

33. 09-11-2009 15:11

I could do any of that... If I could comprehend what just happened and practice at it for a good while...

That was sick! I have some new moves to learn now! I don't mean that saying I'm going to copy them but that video just gets those wheels churning in my mind with ideas of how to navigate the obstacles around me!

34. 09-11-2009 15:38

freaking amazing makes me want to train even harder now to ge to that level

35. 09-11-2009 16:23

a specatcular end to my short parkour career

36. 09-11-2009 16:31

Great watch, but personally like his last clip more:)

37. 09-11-2009 19:32

Yeah, these guys showed incredible talent and discipline. Coming up with flow like that doesn't happen on the spot, it comes with hours and hours on that playground.
Still, what impressed me the most was the sheer joy they took in movement. Like someone else said, it really blurred the lines. I've never seen anyone that happy about parkour. They're always too busy trying to look tough.

38. 09-11-2009 21:33

LMFAO AT 1:12 LULS!! WTF? HE JUST WENT FLYING AND HIT THE TREE O.o hahahaha "i'm sure he was ok" :p

39. 09-12-2009 01:26

I shall never quit! I loves the parkour too much. And he dropped the puppy!!

40. 09-12-2009 05:15

Must. Train. Now

I also need to devise a plan to steal that playground

41. 09-12-2009 14:03

dman props for those guys. watching them makes me want to train even harder 8)

42. 09-12-2009 15:39

that was awesome. it Inspires all of us to train harder and have fun 8)

43. 09-12-2009 16:06

jesus christ... how long has he been training ne body know?

44. 09-12-2009 21:49

Can I have that jungle gym? Right now?

45. 09-13-2009 13:06

So inspiring. This video redefines what it is to make a parkour video, and that's inspiration.

46. 09-15-2009 12:29

Wow :eek

What an amazing video! You know someones skills should be illegal when you get up and screem something at the computer like "HOW THE HELL DO YOU DO THAT!?!?!?"

LOL anthor amzing vid Oleg. You make we want to train like till i die =p Keep it Up!

47. 09-18-2009 22:22

this absolutly blew my mind away, im sitting here in a cast, not able to train parkour, it frustrates me to death. this is perfection, and i cant even train at the moment to get close to this... damn cast lol...

48. 09-26-2009 16:03

Yo does anyone have some of those songs I'd love to use them when I practice cause I use music to help inspire me when I do Parkour
