The Leg Lift Print E-mail
Saturday, 05 November 2005

The first step in a functional gymnastics strength progression, this will work your entire core while also strengthening your grip; the two prerequisites for functional strength.

1.)Grasp a pull-up bar with your palms facing away from you.

2.)Maintaining straight arms and legs, and keeping your legs together,
lift your legs as high as you can.

3.) Lower slowly, then repeat.
