I was busy yesterday with computer repair stuff so I did yesterdays workout today.
75 burpees are a killer.

So today i was down in chicago at my friends apartment. And my friend had just meet these two ladies. So he took them home around 4 and came back around 5. So we were talking and all, and he really likes one of them. So eventrually in our conversation he says "i'm fat" (but he really isn't) So i say "alright lets workout" SO at 6am we did about 30 handstand pushups, 50 pushups, sit ups, and throw downs. Then for the second set we did about half of all that. and third we failed. But the great part was when he was doing the handstand pushups, and he said "FOR AKI" (the girl he likes) It sounded we were in a movie. Sooooo i thought you guys would like to hear. Good workout...

I did turdays workout, in 20 mins, but added 30 incline sit ups to each rep. Every time I do Burpees I get dizzy and after the last rep I got Such a headach and passed out on the matt,(woke up 30 mins latter) this only happens when I do Burpees and I'm not sure why.
