APK Warm-Up

Workout: 4 x 400m run, each for time. Rest as needed between efforts in order to be fully recovered for the next run. Post times to comments.C

how long have you been working out for parkour? i just started a month ago and i have most of the basics down and i can do some things of my own. just try to focus on ur core and balance this will help u get a good start

Lionface is right about focusing on your core and working on strengthening it. I started a few months ago and have also been working on landings (from short drops (waist-head height) and rolls as I think those are very important for safety. Working on some of the different quadrupedal movements will also help with coordination and also precision jumps (starting from the ground to the ground). Basically, if you see something really cool, regress it all the way back to it's basic form.
