APK Warm-Up

5 rounds, each for time, rest 1:30 between rounds:

Sprint 100m

7 Clap push-ups (or push-ups with a powerfully-performed pressing portion)

7 Broad jumps

Post time for each round to comments.Compare to 7-27-09
