Quadrupedal Movement PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 23 February 2006

Quadrupedal Movement is using all four of your limbs to move. It provides greater stability and often sets up for quicker or more powerful movement, especially when changing height quickly. An example would be dropping to all fours before dropping off a wall, or after popping up on a wall, using your hands for a few steps before moving to an upright position.
