Parkour VideoOne of the best Parkour videos to date was just released. Straight from Russia, check out Parkour: The Real Story. It has some of the most amazing nature parkour sequences you've ever seen, along with a ton of other great footage. It's a little long (close to 30 minutes), but definitely worth every second.

wow...that was definitely worth every second of it. one of the best parkour films i've ever seen, and probably the best way to explain parkour to someone.

I love how I think the reason they didn't put talking in the documentary was because Parkour is worldwide and what better way to show and explain the sport then with their actions ykno? 
It was great I love it

If that doesn't inspire everyone who watches it to train harder or to start doing parkour, then I don't know what will. That was the best parkour video I've ever seen, and I watch a lot of parkour videos.

i downloaded it, but then i just closed it and was going to watch another time.. But i cant find it now!? i have searched everywhere, but its still in the Firefox download (done) but i cant open it from there.. How can i watch the download?

Yeah, I right-clicked the download link and saved the file, but when I play it in Windows Media Player, only the audio plays. Quicktime wants me to add something on for the file to play, and I would rather not do that. I'm thinking maybe if the file was converted into .wmv instead of .avi? I'm no computer whiz though, so that's just a guess.

The quality isn't amazing (Since it was put up in one piece) so just use it as a preview and download the full quality if you like it =]
