APK Warm-Up

Workout: 4 x 400m run, each for time. Rest as needed between efforts in order to be fully recovered for the next run. Post times to comments.Compare to 7-2-09

did it on my high school track. ran 1:01, 1:04, 1:02, 1:00 :grin :grin i think thats good

it took me a little under 2 min each time and i was wiped out after 2 so yeah you did amazing

Yeah Jawser that's really good. For track the hardest 400 workouts we did were 4x400 in 1:05 with 2 minute recovery.
