Workout: 3 rounds for time:

15 L-Pull-Ups

15 Handstand Push-Ups

15 Box Jumps

dont you need pull ups in order to do a handstand? so if you cant do one then you cant do the other right?

No, I don't think so. I could do a handstand a long time before I could do pullups.

thats weird i can do like 7 pull ups and not a handstand...

I can do 30 pullups yet i can't do a handstand

i can almost handstand though i just need to work on my balance my upper body strength is about right for it

You don't need a lot of strength to do a handstand... just balance. Pull ups require strength, not balance. The two are VERY different.

I'm getting better at my handstands. I hold them for about 10 seconds then I lose concentration and fall over. :P

Luckily handstands are one of those things that you can actually see yourself getting better at the more you practice them. So it's not discouraging to practice.
