"Primal Fitness: Like "Fight Club," only better" is how The DC Compass describes Primal Fitness, the first Parkour gym in the world.

They recently came to Primal to interview Mark Toorock and Travis Noble, and record a lot of the workouts and classes that go on at Primal. Watch the great video on the DC Compass' website.

yeah i live like 15-20 min away from primal fitness, but sadly dont have the money to take the boot camp..

something else about primal - i really think it would help if you guys could put a more prominent sign up front... i must admit i missed the place 3 times when i was trying to find it. if there was a sign, i'm sure more people would drop in to ask about classes. but it seems like it might be an issue since it's a historic building?

That looks great! I wish the crossfit gyms here in Tucson, AZ had parkour training programs!
