Hey there... I'm new, and have what seems like a silly question. (to me, at least) 
 
What does "7 round for time" mean?

it means you do the workouts listed 7 times before you click your stopwatch to stop time. then you post it here.

Howdy, 
 
First APK WOD for me... recovering from injury, following heavy weights yesterday, and modded because I can't do pullups (whine :cry)... but still. 
 
Workout: 
 
200m easy jog (bursitis in heel) 
15 squats A2G 
10 normal pushups (hard bench yesterday) 
10 lat pulldowns (training for pullups) 
 
5 rounds (lost count so only credit for 5) before feeling something solid come up in my mouth when I coughed so I stopped. :upset

Should be a good point to compare against later. 
 
Great workout BTW!! 8)
