Adam McC is building a new Parkour community in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. He just held his first seminar there, and it was very successful!

Oh man I gotta admit I laughed so hard at the end, since I can relate to moments like those. lol nice finish though
and I wish I could get a bigger group goin on here in fredericksburg, VA!

Nice! looks a lot like our first Parkour session in Temecula CA, we had about that many people too.
