Here is a tutorial helping to breakdown the Freerunning movement "Tic Tsuk" and go through it step by step. This is a combination of the Freerunning move Tic-Side flip along with the gymnastics vault move Tsukahara. hah, thanks ando. it was you afterall who bestowed the name of Fresh Face unto me. but im not sure about freshest of them all, Frosti Fresh is some serious Fresh competition.
