APK Warm-Up

Workout: 10 rounds for time:

10 Push-Ups

20 Jump Rope Double Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump)

10 Sit-Ups

20 Lunge-With-Twist (Alternating legs, 10 each side)

10 Back Extensions

What is an acceptable replacement for the double unders? I do not own a jump rope, and I doubt that I could complete two double unders, let alone two hundred.

Yeah I also don't own a jump rope. Maybe just regular jumps will work?

Get some rope, and Jump..... it doesn't have to be a "Jump Rope", it could be just a Rope, or Chain, or I guess you could use nothing and just jump, but you're missing the timing Aspect.
