Kat's videos are always a pleasure to watch, partly because I find her to be quite a few degrees above room temperature.

Meshach - Why make a big deal out of guys doing Parkour?  
 
The video was posted because it was a good video. Kat is also a great inspiration to girls who want to start training Parkour. They see someone like David Belle or Levi, or all the millions of other male Parkour videos and it looks like a very male-dominated sport.  
 
Having a female as a role model can inspire more girls to overcome their intimidation and start training.

@Meshach Because they don't get enough highlight like guys do. She is simply amazing traceuse and there's nothing "big deal" about her presented on the first page of APK and possibly inspire both sexes.

Happydud - Very good point. 
 
The best thing I noticed in that video is that Kat's dive into a kong has the perfect arc. She could probably go for an obstacle another two feet higher with her incredible jumpin' skillz.

I absolutely agree with happydud, but I would also like to say that nothing in the post here was ever said about her being a girl... it was posted because it is an awesome video. On par with many other good parkour videos which just happen to be of guys. Honestly I don't understand your post. It's like when people try so hard to be anti sexist (or more commonly racist), that they end up being sexist in the opposite way. I suggest you watch the vid again (if you even watched it to begin with). It is amazing.

I always enjoy watching a Kat clip :) I was impressed by her muscle-up; that is one of the only traceusses I've seen bust one.

Anyways, A great video, Im amazed at her kong to precision. Im still trying to get past her being a girl, I mean, I've never seen a Traceuse, so, it's a weird feeling. 
 
But, that video is amazing. I don't think Ill ever get *That* good.

I find it Very Refreshing seeing a Girl do Parkour, I wish there was a girl like here where I live..... awww, too bad.

I adore watching Kat's videos! She's one of the few traceuses (that has released videos) that actually moves like a traceuse should - bringing more speed to get through the moves rather than trying to muscle through.
