Windshield wipers are a brutal core exercise that targets the obliques, an often neglected and hard to work part of the body. This exercise will improve core stability and will specifically improve power and flexibility needed in twisting motions.

yo ive done those for capoeira training im fit as all hell but i still cant go as long as that guy.. my hands get buggy on me..its no joke.. one hell of an exercise

yeah capoerira rocks, i used to do it and martial arts too but then my school closed and i havent found another school that good yet.  
 
but yeah, that does look super hard

Fantastic core workout, trust me when I saw this video I was just amazed! I thought this would be close to impossible. I tried it and I could bust out a good four times back and fourth, back and fourth. To get this exercise down, do the same exercise with your legs bent with your knees pointed at the sky. Just do the same back and fourth movement like in the video above and keep doing those and eventually you will get it! Have fun! -Josef Baier
