The plyometric push up is a great exercise for people who have mastered the basic push up and are looking for a new challenge. Like the basic push up, plyometric push ups are great conditioning for movements such as vaults. However, the plyometric push up further promotes power and explosiveness development. Drill this exercise to take your upper body pushing ability and core tension to the next level.

Im only 13 and I can do it. Doesnt take much to do a few. All you have to do is work on it, increasing daily till you get 100! Personally though, I suck at push ups, so I need to start taking my own advice.

These will go great with my pylometric squats.

awesome conditioning but becareful i just hyperextended my forearm afterdoing these and a couple muscle ups. drink a lot of water and consider doing a detox soon.

Go Ryan! COPK ALL THE WAY! CU Boulder is pretty much amazing when it comes to parkour, that place is a giant playground.

the kids who say they can do this most likely have some gymnastic background dance or martial arts background other wise i call bluff 
but anyways i gotta start working these in more often they hurt like mad hell the second set LOLZ
