The cat balance extension is a combination of several exercises such as the cat balance, the jack knife, and the front plank. Without the rail, this is a great core exercise, and with the rail, it is a great challenge for all your stabilizer muscles in your arms, legs, and core. The cat balance extension is great for developing strength, balance, and coordination applicable to many different techniques.

Whoa! This exercise is hard. If you've done any amount of catbalance PU's, you know this is going to be very straining.
