:p I'm on it(with a friend of mine)around 1 pm [est] even though I bruised my side :cry

Im assuming that the "Workout: 4 rounds for time:" part means to do this 4 times right?

Yep, go through the Lunges and 400m runs 4x as quickly as possible.
