APK Warm-Up 

Workout:

L-Sit - 2:00

Planche - 2:00

Front Lever - 2:00

Handstand - 2:00

Perform the appropriate progression for each static hold; holding for as long as possible, resting, then repeating until you reach 2:00 total for each position.

Keep track of how many total attempts it takes to reach the target time for each position. Post results to comments. Compare to 4/17/09

Lsit-4 attempts(tucked) 
planche-10(tucked/not so tucked) 
front lever-4 (tucked) 
handstand-8 (press up to free standing) 
 
I could hardly focus by the time I got to handstands, holy crap.

L-Sit(wasn't able to do except for about 5 seconds. 
Planche(unable to do) 
Front Lever(unable to do) 
Handstand(against wall 4 sets of 30seconds) 
 
Out of Shape!! 
Need practice with planche, front lever, and l-sit!

oh wow. 
 
L sit: I got like 4 or 5 seconds 
 
Planche: I did a little better (like 15 but I was tucked) 
 
Front Lever: nope 
 
Handstand:About 7-8 seconds (then I did it against the wall over like 5 minutes)
