HIpk has recently finished their III PK Training Camp at Crossfit Oahu. As a treat for the students they made this short vid documenting their experience.

im so sick of hering ppl take about the phylosapybhal bhal bhal. its like ppl do pk and thing they are instantly amazingly smart cuz they read about what other ppl think about what running and jumping...
