Up and running this morning before the big Tempest jam !!! 
 
10 minutes 45 seconds to be exact. Last time I didnt even do this workout... shame on me.

I did 30 mins of straight conditioning today, lots of short sprints, lateral shuffles, push ups, jump squats. :)

i got through the warm-up on my first attempt. i haven't had a chance to get to the workout yet.
