The Timeless video was created by the VA Parkour "Band of Merry Men" to display Parkour movement. It was shot using a virtual cameraman (tripod) on a sunny Saturday afternoon, then edited together by Skipper. There is nothing very fancy here, which is exactly the point.

nice vid and i agree that flips are not parkour

And I somewhat agree, though flips CAN be helpful.

parkour is awesome we can all say that, but flips can add some more spice to it :p
