Timeless

The Timeless video was created by the VA Parkour "Band of Merry Men" to display Parkour movement. It was shot using a virtual cameraman (tripod) on a sunny Saturday afternoon, then edited together by Skipper. There is nothing very fancy here, which is exactly the point.

Format: WMV

Size: 13.2MB

Runtime: 3:41

Video: Skipper

Featuring: Akh, Gear, Leon, Skipper

Music: The Roots "Thoughts @ work"

Keywords for this video-

Flips are not parkour, Gear, Leon, Skipper, Akh

the philosophy behind Parkour is urban efficiency. In some cases I believe a flip might be useful. For instance if it helps you keep a constant flow. But a flip for the sake of doing a flip is technically not a part of parkour, but that dosnt mean people should frown upon others for enjoying acrobatics along with their parkour. a well done video fella's
