Workout:

Run 5k for time, the more hills the better.

I didn't do too well, this is my first time running it for time, though. Ran it in about 30 minutes, terrain was mostly flat and uneven, some small hills, over mostly cement and patches of grass.

I ended up getting lost, running a circuit that(other than my initial 5 mins) was mostly uphill. 
This lasted for about 35 minutes and I don't know how far I travelled. :S 
 
I'm not too sure what a good time would have been...

I do not know how long 5k is so I ran 4.5 miles in 35 minutes and fourty seconds
