Say I cannot do a certain WOD? (of course I can do this one) If I'm supposed to do like 50 push-ups and I can't do more than 20, what do I do? Or if I'm supposed to do the L-sit for 2:00, do I just skip over it and say "maybe next time."? Please help! :? thank you :grin

I am no expert, but I would say do what you can. The workout is intended to work a certain area of the body, and I would suggest just doing what you can with it. Eventually you will work up to the time limmit and exceed it. :)
