I guess everyone else is dead. how sad. This one didnt take too long. Surprizingly the back extensions took more out of me than the situps. BTW wasn't entirely sure the sequence. I did 2 situps 2 BEs 4 situps 4 BEs etc.

Did this earlier, sorry I'm posting so late, i decided to make dinner for my roomate and myself and i fell asleep on the couch afterwards now i'm catching up on the homework i was supposed to have finished.

Me too, man. I fractured my spine snowboarding and now it's all I can do not to get really fat.

w00t, done with Disciple just now. Not sure of time, but from 10 back to 2 was about 2.5 minutes or so? So approx 5 minutes total!
And same as Skynative, 2 situps, 2 BEs, 4 situps, 4 BE's, etc. If we were wrong, let us know

Same as akh and sky -- didnt take long at all and was very relaxing so say the least. The hardest part was the warmup
