my first healthy day i took it rather light i did some light lifting in the weight room, some upper and lower body, most of the APK warmup, a healthy amount of box jumps, and finished it off with what could be considered the briskest jog ever aka it's frickin freezing out, anyway by tomorrow i think i'll be doign the workouts at full speed again. IT's good to be back boys and girls.

3 rounds of 30 bar dips killed me. The first round was cool but the last round I was doing 5 reps at a time and resting.
I didn't look at the clock when I started but I think it took me about 20 minutes or so.
