Workout: Density training. For a review of the density training protocol, check out: 4-18-06

Each block of time will feature two exercises. Alternate between them, attempting to perform as many reps of each as possible before time is up. Starting with higher-repped sets and finishing with doubles and singles seems to do the trick:

First round 10:00-

Handstand Pushups

Pistols

Second round 10:00-

Pullup

Leg Lift

Post total reps for each exercise to comments. Compare to 1-1-08
