APK Warm-Up

Workout- "Bubblemaker's Revenge" 4 round for time:

7 Muscle Ups (preferably performed on a straight bar, though they can be performed on rings if you don't have a free-standing pullup bar available. Sub 4 pullups and dips for each muscle up if you are unable to do them)

Run 200m

14 Pistols , alternating legs (so 7 each leg)

First WOD in close to three years...doing it in the science building computer lab, found a nice bar to do muscle ups on...oh how i Missed you APK :-)

this will be my third APK WOD. im dropping weight, getting strong, and having fun. keep 'em coming.

I didn't get to actually finish the workout due to having a bit of an accident that involved the tearing of callouses on my right hand, followed by an immediate loss of blood from my hands. Now I have bandages encasing my right palm. Makes it slightly weird to type, heh. Muscle-ups are still slightly difficult, I'm wondering if it's my form or something.

Sets of 3,2,2 until the last round, where I went 4,3 on MUs and 5,2 on OLSs. 15-30 seconds of rest between each set. Should be more aggressive next time.
