I was wondering why my legs were feeling like I stabbed them with a dozen knives near the end of the workout. I remeasured the distance I thought I measured 50m for another workout a few weeks ago and came to the conclusion that I did 80m of every exercise, instead of 50 :grin . 25 minutes on that.

I won't be attending the WOD's in the next nine days cause I'm gonna ski and snowboard in France. I'll do some bodyweight upper body strength exercises there, my lower body will have enough conditioning. Ciao!

Good... lord. That was killer awesome.
Started at 2:07, finished at 2:26.
I found that my form on the front planks actually held the same about through all of it, which I was happy about.

My form on the last round could hardly be called "form." :grin
