APK Warm-Up 

Workout:

L-Sit - 2:00

Planche - 2:00

Front Lever - 2:00

Handstand - 2:00

Perform the appropriate progression for each static hold; holding for as long as possible, resting, then repeating until you reach 2:00 total for each position.

Keep track of how many total attempts it takes to reach the target time for each position. Post results to comments. Compare to 9-1-08

im kinda new to this, but one question is, whats L-Sit? like the full word

L-sit is the formal name for the L-sit, coz it's like an L or somethin i guess

L-Sit: 10 attempts 
Planche: 3 attempts 
Front Lever: 3 attempts 
Handstand: 3 attempts 
 
It was my first time doing the L-Sit, heh. Also, I think it may be a bit harder to do on the ground than on bars.

Planche: 12 sets of 0:08 - 0:12 
Front Lever: 3 sets of 0:20, 2 sets of 0:15, 3 sets of 0:10 
Handstand: 1:05, 0:45, 0:10 
 
On the rings. Planches have greatly improved over the past few months.
